Cancellation Window:

  • Customers are allowed to cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellation requests received after this period will not be entertained.
Cancellation Process:

  • Customers must provide their order details including order number, name, and contact information for cancellation verification purposes.
Cancellation Fees:
  • Cancellation requests made within the specified 24-hour window will not incur any cancellation fees.
  • For cancellations requested after the 24-hour period, a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the total order value will be charged. This fee is non-negotiable and will be deducted from any refund issued.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation request approval.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions:

  • In rare circumstances such as product unavailability or unforeseen logistical issues, Tulsikiran reserves the right to cancel orders without prior notice. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.

  • This cancellation policy is strictly enforced to ensure fair treatment of all customers and to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Tulsikiran reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
